119KM IN THE LAND OF THE BOURBONS

Situated at the centre of France with easy access off the A71 motorway, the town of Montluçon city of the Bourbons, is looking forward to accommodating you and invites you to discover the 'Haut Cher' valley. The CEI** will be held in four stages, with the departure and arrival on the splendid Montluçon racecourse. This contest will be held in conjunction with the BAILEYS HORSE FEEDS INTERNATIONAL TROPHY, which aims to support the promotion and encouragement of international young riders, the future of our discipline. Before the holidays, join us in contesting this race in a festive and convivial environment.

Open to all young French and Foreign riders 23 years old or less.
Prize Fund of: 2000 €uros
1st: 600 €uros 2nd : 500 €uros 3rd : 400 €uros
4th : 300 €uros 5th : 200 €euros

The young riders also take part in the general classification

ROUTE
Venue of start and finish: hippodrome de Montluçon

1st Stage (green loop):
Montluçon - Arpheuilles St Priest 30km: very undulating route through woods and country bridle paths, over open countryside.

2nd Stage (pink loop):
Arpheuilles St Priest - Arpheuilles St Priest 24km: shortest and easiest stage.

3rd Stage (blue loop):
Arpheuilles St Priest - Arpheuilles St Priest 35km: the most demanding part of the course in the Bourbon countryside with a double crossing of the river Tarde.

4th Stage (red loop):
Arpheuilles St Priest - Montluçon 30km: easy route with a degree of difficulty over the last 10km: along the 'côte de La Viale'.
